Our service includes up to 50 kilometers of travel per day. For multi-day bookings, the distance allowance is cumulative—for example, a 2-day hire includes up to 100 kilometers in total. Any additional distance beyond the included allowance will be charged at $0.40 per kilometer, and also all the vehicles’ airport delivery & after-hours $45.00.

VIEW STRAIGHTLINE VEHICLE RENTAL CONTRACT

Straightline does not provide insurance coverage directly. Any insurance or protection products purchased through our website or at the counter are issued and administered by a licensed third-party provider. In the event of a claim, the renter must deal directly with the issuing insurer. Straightline will provide supporting documentation as required. Renters are responsible for confirming their own valid coverage (personal auto policy, credit card benefits, or third-party insurer) prior to the rental. Unless appropriate coverage applies, the renter remains financially responsible for all loss or damage to the rental vehicle, including loss of use and administrative costs, as well as any third-party property damage or injury claims where the renter is determined to be at fault.
